John Guth

John graduated from U.C. Santa Barbara and is passionate about giving back to his community. John frequently volunteers with various organizations that are focused on sustainability, environmental protection, and education.  This includes traveling the country to support Reverb.org’s mission to support tour greening for some of the world’s largest musicians, being a member of the Heal the Bay’s Speaker’s Bureau, and participating in beach clean-ups almost every night with his family.

Over the past fifteen years, John has worked in the legal field in various capacities.  John joined Cowper Law in 2019 and has worked on numerous litigations.  He has spent countless hours working to maximize the settlements in the Xarelto MDL, the Cook and Bard IVC MDLs, and is now focused on the Allergan Textured Breast Implant MDL before Judge Martinotti (as this firm is on the Plaintiffs’ Steering Committee and is helping lead the litigation nationally).

John firmly believes that his work with this firm aligns with his passions and missions in life.  John strives every day to make the world a better place, whether through actions to clean-up and protect our planet, or advocating for our clients who have been injured and need our help to right those wrongs.
