John, in many ways, has been a paralegal for most of his life. He is the son of a successful estate/probate attorney at Guth & Changaris in Yuba City, California and his brother is an accomplished trial lawyer in northern California with his own firm. John graduated from U.C. Santa Barbara and is passionate about giving back to his community. He has been a volunteer with The Johnson Ohana Foundation for years. The Johnson Ohana Foundation is a non-profit public charity founded in 2008 by musician Jack Johnson and his wife Kim, to promote positive and lasting change within communities by supporting organizations that focus on environmental, art, and music education.
John joined the firm in 2019 and has worked tirelessly to maximize the settlements in the Xarelto MDL, the Cook and Bard IVC MDLs, and is now focused on the Allergan Textured Breast Implant MDL before Judge Martinotti (as this firm is on the Plaintiffs’ Steering Committee and is helping lead the litigation nationally).
When John is not working with our clients to collect medical records or filing pleadings in MDLs around the county, he is home with his new daughter changing diapers and trying to catch a short nap.
