Megan is a self-described “IT nerd” and has incorporated this passion into her legal career. In order to tackle electronic discovery-related issues, Megan received a Web Administration certificate from iCONECT-XERA (an innovative eDiscovery software products and services for the legal industry) which allows her to serve as an intermediary between IT personnel and attorneys without a technical background. Put more simply, she understands how large corporations store and manage their information and how to unearth the most critical documents in Multi-District Litigation that often involves millions of pages of electronically stored information (“ESI”).

Megan has also spent the last decade giving back to her community. Before law school, Megan spent a year volunteering in Service to America (AmeriCorps) where she focused on obtaining corporate support for a local school in St. Louis, Missouri. After law school, Megan also served as a volunteer attorney to support a local non-profit in Pensacola, Florida where she currently resides. Her most important work, though, is as the mother to her four year old son.
